How we choose sources
- Original, authoritative public-health sources first (NIMH/NIH, FDA, NCCIH, HRSA, SAMHSA, WHO).
- Clinical guidelines such as NICE (UK) are cited with their country clearly stated; they do not set U.S. practice.
- Help resources are verified on the organization's own website before listing, with the verification date stored.
- No invented references, statistics or quotations. We do not publish prevalence numbers unless a verified source supports them.
