Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies. No ads are currently shown, so no advertising cookies are set.

Browser storage

Some features use browser storage instead of cookies:

• ud-intro (session storage) — remembers that the home-page intro was shown during this visit.
• ud-journal-v1 and ud-garden-v1 (local storage) — created only if you explicitly choose to save your Mood Journal or Small Steps Garden on this device.

You can remove these at any time from within the tools or by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Advertising cookies

Ads can appear only on published, reviewed guides. On those pages, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. Choices are collected with Google's certified consent management platform: a consent message for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and an opt-out link for visitors in applicable U.S. states. Pages without ads — including all tools and the urgent help page — load no ad or consent code at all, and declining consent never blocks access to any content. You can also manage personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
